ACTSI Investigator Dr. Lesley Miller in the News

Lesley Miller, MD, ACTSI investigator, medical director for the Grady Liver Clinic, and associate professor of medicine at Emory University School of Medicine

Miller received a FOCUS award (On the Frontlines of Communities in the U.S.) from Gilead Sciences, Inc. to support HIV and/or hepatitis C testing and testing-related services.

Miller received a one-year grant from the CDC for testing 2,000 patients in the Grady Primary Care Center for hepatitis C and linking them to care in the Grady Liver Clinic. She feels that her Emory Department of Medicine FAME Grant was instrumental in this success.
