Team Selection and Newcomer Integration Workshop
The 2020-21 Team Science Skill Series offers a monthly workshop from September to May. The first workshop, Team Selection & Newcomer Integration, is September 25 from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. via Zoom. Participants will learn how to describe the conditions necessary for a team to be effective, develop strategies to compose teams that will maximize effectiveness, and apply evidence-based principles to successfully integrate newcomers to existing teams.
