GCRCs Director Represents ASM at United Nations General Assembly Meeting to Secure Commitments to Combat AMR

American Society of Microbiology (ASM) past president and Georgia CTSA Clinical Research Centers (GCRCs) director Colleen Kraft, MD, MSc, represented ASM at the September 26, 2024, United Nations General Assembly High-Level Meeting where global health leaders addressed urgent challenges related to antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Patients Needed for Georgia CTSA Recruitment Center's Patient Advisory Panel

The Georgia CTSA Recruitment Center is recruiting patients or care partners who receive care at Emory Healthcare or Grady Hospital to join a Patient Panel. Researchers, care providers, or other faculty and staff can share the flyer linked here with interested patients. This panel will serve as a resource for all CTSA investigators who are looking to gain patient insight about specific aspects of their study, or general research topics. Panel discussion topics could include designing recruitment materials, developing consent language, best practices for research recruitment contact, and more.
