CTSA CCOS Rigor and Reproducibility of RWD Platforms Workshop - May 12

Join the CTSA CCOS Rigor and Reproducibility of Real-World Data (RWD) Platforms Workshop on Tuesday, May 12 at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Shady Grove Campus in Rockville, MD. This in-person workshop will bring together researchers, clinicians, and CTSA Program leaders to collaborate on advancing RWD platforms, address key challenges, and build teams focused on rigor and reproducibility. The workshop has also received Accreditation and Certification from the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

QUAL-WORKS Workshops - May - June 2026

Fall 2026 Clinical and Translational Science Courses Available to Non-Degree Students - Apply by August 14

Emory faculty, postdocs, and PhD students are welcome to enroll in the following fall semester courses via Zoom through the Laney Graduate School: MSCR 515 Scientific Communication for Clinical & Translational Science, MSCR 596 Advanced Data Management in R, and CPTS 500 Fundamentals of Epidemiology. Tuition awards are not available, but faculty and postdocs at Emory may be eligible for the Emory Courtesy Scholarship if employed for at least one year.

Apply now for the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program starting Fall 2026, a part-time, hybrid degree from Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health in partnership with Goizueta Business School and Emory Healthcare. Emory University and Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) are teaming up once again for the Emmy Award-winning television series “Your Fantastic Mind.” Season 7 will feature six episodes airing weekly on Mondays at 9:30 PM through May 18 on GPB’s statewide television network, with repeat broadcasts on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.

2026 Special Issue Call for Papers - Submit by September 29

Submit your manuscript to the Journal of the Georgia Public Health Association (jGPHA) 2026 Special Issue focused on “Systems Evolution: Optimizing Public Health Delivery Through Technology, Data, Research, Community and Workforce Adaptation.” This peer-reviewed opportunity invites contributions from researchers, practitioners, and students addressing public health practice, policy, and innovation relevant to Georgia.
