This grants program provides funding and technical assistance to community-based organizations (CBOs) to build capacity and skills to conduct research in collaboration with academic researchers.
Funding is used to support one to two year pilot projects consonant with the broad aims and objectives of the Georgia CTSA.
BizGrants holds an annual RFA to fund 2 pilot grant awards each worth $20K. Awardees are required to submit a follow-on SBIR and/or STTR application within one year of receipt of the pilot grant.
