Georgia CTSA Principal Investigator Elected to National Academy of Engineering

Congratulations to Andrés J. García, PhD, Petit Chair & Executive Director of Petit Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience, & Regents' Professor, George Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering, Georgia Tech, elected to the National Academy of Engineering. Dr. García was recognized for his principal accomplishments in molecular engineering of biomaterial surfaces & cell adhesion force technology to characterize stem & cancer cells.
