Georgia CTSA Informatics Assistant Core Director Investigates Using AI to Improve Outcomes for Sepsis Patients

Rishikesan Kamaleswaran, PhD, Assistant Professor at Emory and Georgia CTSA Informatics Assistant Core Director, is leading a team of researchers to investigate the use of artificial intelligence to forecast therapeutic effectiveness and outcomes for patients with sepsis, a syndrome that claims 1 in 5 lives around the world.
