Georgia CTSA Leader and Investigators Recognized for Inspired Teaching and Enduring Impact

At the 2025 Elizabeth Hurlock Beckman Award Ceremony, eight recipients were recognized for mentoring former students who now lead meaningful community initiatives. Congratulations to Emory honorees including Georgia CTSA KL2 and TL1 PI Henry M. Blumberg, MD (TB research), and investigators Jada Bussey-Jones, MD (nutrition and wellness programs), and Sheryl Heron, MD (health education access), underscoring the long-term impact of their teaching.
